Abstract
52-year-old male with Stage IV extranodal MALT lymphoma who initially presented with paranasal and perioribtal disease. He failed treatment with multiple chemotherapeutic agents and represented with decreased VA 20/40 and 20/80 thought to be due to diffuse
choroidal metastasis. Repeat lacrimal gland biopsy demonstrated transformation to high-grade diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. The patient was initiated on salvage chemotherapeutic regimen and demonstrated improvement on follow-up PET-CT scan. Autologous
stem cell transplant was recommended, but ultimately the patient may not be able to undergo treatment due to social issues.
