Abstract
A patient with past medical history of CNS lymphoma treated with chemotherapy but refractory and necessitating radiation therapy later presented to ophthalmology with slight decrease in vision. On examination, found to have cotton wool spots in both eyes. Fluorescein angiogram demonstrated findings suggestive of radiation retinopathy. Patient was treated with intravitreal injections initially for macular edema however later developed signs of neovascularization. Ultimately, patient underwent panretinal photocoagulation and now receives intravitreal injections as needed. Patient currently with sharp visual acuity. His lymphoma is currently in clinical remission and patient follows up regularly with both neuro-oncology and the retina service.
