Cicatricial Conjunctivitis, Steven Johnson Syndrome

Description

A patient with bilateral cicatricial conjunctivitis changes secondary to Steven Johnson Syndrome. Slit lamp photo of both eyes with madarosis, distichiasis, trichiasis, lid margin keratinization. Right eye with partial ankyloblepharon with corneal exposure. Left eye with complete ankyloblepharon.
