Cyclodialysis Cleft with Hypotony Maculopathy

Description

This patient presented with low eye pressure post trauma. OCT shows hypotony maculopathy with choroidal folds. Surgery with direct suture pexy was performed. The pressure improved and the maculopathy improved.
