Photos of a patient with unilateral elevated intraocular pressure, iris atrophy resulting in polycoria and corectopia, "beaton bronze" corneal appearance, and peripheral anterior synechiae consistent with Essential/Progressive Iris Atrophy, one of the variants of Iridocorneal Endothelial (ICE) Syndrome.
