Epithelial Downgrowth

This case presents a 56-year-old female who presented with dramatic decrease of vision over a one-year duration. Patient has previously undergone both eyes corneal transplant, glaucoma drainage device. Patient developed right eye iris cyst, that started growing occupying the anterior chamber. Iris cyst was surgically removed, and cataract was extracted with IOL implant. Patient came back in a year with decrease vision, epithelial downgrowth that was diagnosed using argon laser to mark it over the iris. It is a very difficult condition that have shown very challenging methods of management in literature. We decided to proceed with injection 5 fluorouracil.
