    Abstract

    A 31-year-old woman with recurrent intraocular pressure spikes despite acyclovir therapy was found to have PCR-confirmed CMV anterior uveitis consistent with one of the presumptive etiologies of Posner-Schlossman. She was started on oral valganciclovir and improved.
