Description
A 40-year-old patient presented with steroid induced glaucoma with an IOP of 35 despite maximal medical treatment. The iPrism goniolens was used to visualize the iridocorneal angle. The Omni device was inserted through a temporal corneal wound to score the trabecular meshwork. The internal prolene cannula was threaded through Schlemm's canal for 180 degrees. Viscodilation was performed as the cannula is retracted. The cannula was then reinserted and a goniotomy is performed to remove the TM. 8 months later the IOP was 14 mm Hg with no medications.
