
Brown Syndrome
A patient presented to the pediatric ophthalmology clinic at BPEI for strabismus evaluation. Examination revealed amblyopia, large angle right hypotropia and significant limitation to elevation right eye in adduction > abduction. Treatment plan aimed to solve amblyopia, then schedule future surgery to treat hypotropia based on forced duction testing in operating room. Underwent SO tenotomy and modified Nishida (Partial transposition MR &LR to SR without splitting or tenotomy).
