Conjunctival Lymphoma
A patient presents bilateral, progressive, fleshy conjunctival lesions for one year. She was otherwise healthy with no underlying medical problems. She underwent biopsy of the lesions to characterize the nature of the lesions. Biopsy was positive for low grade extranodal marginal zone lymphoma. She was treated with radiation therapy as well as a course of oral doxycycline. She demonstrated significant response to radiation with near resolution of conjunctival lesions.
