Abstract
A patient with a history of bilateral corneal transplants, glaucoma drainage device, and iris cysts presented with gradually decreasing vision after surgical removal of the cyst and cataract surgery in that eye. The patient was diagnosed with epithelial downgrowth and underwent argon laser mapping. She is now status post three injections of intracameral 5-fluorouracil with some improvement in her epithelial downgrowth and vision.
