Ghost Cell Glaucoma

Description

A patient with proliferative diabetic retinopathy and history of cataract extraction presenting with recurrent episodes of high intraocular pressure. Fundus photo reveals hazy view with dense white vitreous opacity as well as diffuse retinal changes consistent with diabetes.
