Description
A patient who had been previously treated with retinal photocoagulation for severe retinopathy of prematurity. Ultrasound biomicroscopy revealed nearly spherical, thickened lens with complete angle closure. Fundus photography with diffuse chorioretinal scars consistent with previous photocoagulation.
