A patient with multifocal choroiditis and serous retinal detachment in the setting of systemic cat scratch disease. Wide field fundus photos with multifocal small white subretinal lesions. Optical coherence tomography of the macula with serous retinal detachment, subretinal inflammatory material, and focal choroidal thickening.
