Grand Rounds
A patient with a history of 16-cut radial keratotomy presented with significant hyperopia, an epiretinal membrane, and cataract in the right eye. Corneal topography was notable for significant central flattening and irregular astigmatism in both eyes. He underwent cataract surgery of the right eye, followed shortly by the left eye to avoid anisometropia. A DCBOO lens was implanted in both eyes based on the Barrett True K formula for a myopic refractive target. The patient will be following up for his postop month one visit next week.
