    An 83-year-old male with history of skin cancer and tobacco use was referred to BPEI for evaluation of a subconjunctival mass which was previously biopsied. On presentation, a large firm subconjunctival mass with prominent feeder vessels was seen. Anterior segment OCT was suspicious for neoplasia and the patient underwent no-touch surgical excision with cryotherapy, mitomycin C, superficial alcohol keratectomy, amniotic membrane and local sclerectomy. Pathology confirmed a positive scleral deep margin. The patient then underwent placement of a COMS plaque for local radiation therapy to treat the residual disease. A post-op year 1, the patient remains disease-free without evidence of recurrence.
