- AbstractA 40-year-old male with family history of renal cell carcinoma and history of neurosurgical excision of cerebellar hemangioblastoma presents for routine ophthalmic examination. Vision is 20/20 in both eyes. Fundus examination reveals multiple red-orange retinal tumors superiorly in the right eye with dilated feeder and drainage vessels and a small red-gray lesion the left eye superiorly. Fluorescein angiography demonstrates normal filling of dilated feeder vessels and early hyper fluorescence of lesions with late leakage, consistent with retinal capillary hemangioblastomas. The patient underwent long-duration argon laser photocoagulation to all lesions in both eyes without complication.Presentation Date: 09/17/2020Issue Date: 02/12/2021
