Grand Rounds
A 38-year-old male presented with blurry vision and was found to have a neurosensory retinal detachment concerning for central serous retinopathy. Laser photocoagulation was utilized to treat the focal leak. Clinical findings, epidemiology, diagnostic techniques and management of central serous chorioretinopathy are described.
