    Abstract

    A patient presented with acute onset of painless blurry vision and photopsias. She was found to have a large, amelanotic choroidal mass with significant exudation that demonstrated a flat profile on B-scan with high internal reflectivity. Further history-taking revealed a 15-pack-year smoking history. CT scan demonstrated a lung nodule that was biopsied to reveal lung adenocarcinoma. She was treated with systemic chemotherapy which resulted in complete regression of the choroidal metastatic lesion and near resolution of the serous retinal detachment.
