  • An otherwise healthy patient presented with 1 year history of decreased vision in the right eye. On presentation, patient’s exam was notable for visual acuity of 20/150 in the right eye and 20/20 in the left eye. Intraocular pressure was 19 in both eyes. Slit lamp exam was unremarkable. Fundus exam was notable for fibrosis in the right eye and scattered drusen in both eyes. Imaging revealed angioid streaks. Patient was noted to have small yellowish papules of the neck. Diagnosis of pseudoxanthoma elasticum was made.
