Description
A patient with pseudoxanthoma elasticum presented with decreased vision in both eyes. Initial fundus exam revealed angioid streaks, peripapillary atrophy, comet lesions, and a peau d'orange fundus appearance in both eyes. The patient was lost to follow-up and presented 3 years later with a choroidal neovascular membrane in the left eye.
