  • A patient with history of myopia presented for routine refractive surgery evaluation. Examination showed anisocoria, heterochromia and left eye mild ptosis. Further history revealed left hemiface anhidrosis since childhood. Apraclonidine testing led to reversal of left eye miosis, leading to the diagnosis of congenital Horner syndrome.
