Section outline

  • A patient presented for worsening vision over the last few months. He was previously diagnosed with lymphoma that presented with an orbital lesion without no intraocular extension. His ophthalmic exam was normal. On imaging, ERG was abnormal, raising concern for cancer associated retinopathy. The patient was non-responsive to high dose steroids and the plan has been modified to switch to an alternative treatment.
