A presumed moth setae was identified in the anterior vitreous cavity of a patient with uveitis following ocular trauma by a flying insect. The multifocal keratitis and vitreous opacities improved following two weeks of high-dose oral prednisone.

Slit lamp photos of non-infectious necrotizing scleritis at presentation, week 4, 7, 9.5, and 12 of treatment with systemic corticosteroids and rituximab.

The patient presented with a neurotrophic corneal ulcer and descemetocele. A lamellar keratectomy, corneal patch graft, amniotic membrane were applied. Preop and post-op-month 1, with amniotic membrane dissolved.

This patient underwent uneventful cataract surgery. On post-operative day 1 there was found to be a fragment of metal on the iris likely from the phacoemulsification probe.
